      You  MUST register each foreclosure property BEFORE it is offered for sale. We will help you comply with this new ordinance which requires, among other things, an engineer or architect's inspection, a current site plan or survey, and recordation of their report with the Clerk of the Courts. We will provide your Certificate of Use, as required under the above ordinance, so that the property can be marketed.
